These terms apply to all services, info products, and goods provided by SoulEcoHub.

2. Services

Services include workshops, seminars, coaching sessions, and live events designed for leadership development and sustainable practice integration.

3. Info Products

Info products consist of digital courses, e-books, video tutorials, and other online learning materials.

4. Goods

Goods refer to physical merchandise, printed materials, and branded items purchased through our site.

5. Payment

All fees are due at the time of purchase or enrollment. We accept major channels and the details will appear at checkout.

6. Reimbursement Policy

6.1 Services

To request a reimbursement for a service, contact us within 7 days of the session date using our contact form. Approved requests will be reimbursed via the original channel within 14 days after confirmation. You may reschedule a session once at no additional charge if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that bespoke one-on-one coaching is non-reimbursable due to personalized preparation requirements.

6.2 Info Products

If an info product fails to meet your expectations, you may request a reimbursement within 10 days after access is granted. Use the contact form to submit your request. Upon approval, we will issue a reimbursement to your credit or debit instrument within 10 days. After this period, all digital downloads are final.

6.3 Goods

Physical goods may be shipped back to SoulEcoHub within 14 days of delivery. Shipping fees are the buyer’s responsibility. Once returned items are received and inspected, we will reimburse the purchase amount to the original method within 14 days.

7. User Conduct

Users agree to use our platform and offerings in compliance with applicable laws and respectful engagement standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

SoulEcoHub.club is not liable for any indirect or incidental loss arising from use of our site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant offering.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting on SoulEcoHub.club.
